By creating an account or using Sweet Price Business OS, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Sweet Price provides pricing, inventory, finance, and community tools for dessert and treat businesses. Calculations and suggestions are educational estimates, not financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal, harassing, or abusive content in the community.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling the service.
• No uploading content you don't have rights to.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

6. Content ownership

You own the business data you enter. You grant Sweet Price the limited license needed to store, display, and back up your data so the service can function.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of pricing suggestions or financial outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweet Price's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
