Refunds

• First-time subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of their initial subscription purchase.
• After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable.
• Renewal payments are non-refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged.

Cancellations

• You may cancel at any time from your account.
• Cancellation prevents future billing.
• Access remains active through the end of the current billing period.

Abuse protection

Sweet Price reserves the right to deny refunds and/or close accounts that show a pattern of repeated subscribe-and-refund behavior or other abuse of this policy.

How to request a refund

Email support@sweetprice.app from the email on your account within the eligibility window. Include the date of purchase and a brief reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
