1. Who we are

Sweet Price Business OS ("Sweet Price", "we", "us") provides pricing, inventory, and small-business tools for dessert and treat makers.

2. Information we collect

Account information: name, email, password (stored hashed).
Business profile: business name, location, social handles, logo.
Business data you enter: inventory, recipes, pricing sheets, sales, finances, community posts.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, basic device and browser info.

3. How we use your information

To operate the service, save your business records across devices, provide customer support, improve features, and send service-related notifications. We do not sell your data.

4. How we store and protect it

Your data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level security so only you can access your own business records. Passwords are hashed. Connections use TLS.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to run the app (hosting, database, payments) and when required by law. Community posts you publish are visible to other signed-in members.

6. Your rights

You can update or delete your business records at any time from inside the app. Email support@sweetprice.app to request account deletion or a copy of your data.

7. Children

Sweet Price is not directed to children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
